In very good condition. we have one only of these available at present. This badge comes with the felt backing and pin for attachment. My experts tell me this badge is a commissoner's since it is all gold with no enamelling. Circa 1970's. Please keep in mind that on all our products we accept prepaid authorized returns for full product credit, if you are not satisfied.
